Abstract

V današnjih časih so dobri kadri za organizacijo ključnega pomena za doseganje ciljev in rezultatov ter nenazadnje konkurenčna prednost pred ostalimi. Vendar se v nekaterih organizacijah premalo zavedajo, da so prav njihovi zaposleni tisti, ki dajejo okolju sliko organizacije v kateri so zaposleni. Kako pomembni so dobri kadri, pa se povsem zavedajo v Novi Ljubljanski banki d.d., kjer dajejo vse večji poudarek na t.i. ključne »perspektivne kadre«. V diplomski nalogi sem se v prvem delu osredotočila na predstavitev Nove Ljubljanske banke d.d. in njeno delovanje od nekoč do danes. Drugi del naloge je sestavljen iz teoretične razlage kadrovske funkcije in razvoja kadrov v obravnavani organizaciji. V tretjem (empiričnem) delu pa sem se osredotočila na perspektivne kadre v Novi Ljubljanski banki d.d. in njihov razvoj.

Secondary abstract: In those times are good human resources for the organization crucial for achieving the objectives and results and ultimately a competitive advantage over others. However, in some organizations are insufficiently aware that their employees are also those that give picture environment organizations in wish they work. How important are good employees, is fully aware in Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., which placed increasing emphasis on the key "prospective" employees. In this work I have in the first part focused on the presentation of Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. and its operations from the past to the present. Second part of my work consists of theoretical interpretation of the employees and human resources functions development in the present organization. In the third – empirical part I focus on prospective employees in Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. and their development.
