Abstract

Davki so eden izmed glavnih virov državnega proračuna. Plačevanje davčnih obveznosti je dolžnost vsakega državljana. Kdor svojih obveznosti do države ne izpolnjuje je sankcioniran. Pobiranje davkov je potekalo na klasičen papirni način, z razvojem interneta pa se je razvilo elektronsko poslovanje. Davčna uprava si je z uvedbo elektronskega poslovanja zelo olajšala svoje delo, prav tako pa je zavezancem za davek omogočila udobnejšo izpolnjevaje davčnih obveznosti. Proces uvajanja elektronskega poslovanja je potekal vse od sredine decembra leta 2003, za vse davčne zavezance pa je uporaba portala e-Davki postala obvezna 1. januarja 2009. Oddaja napovedi za odmero dohodnine preko ostalih medijev ni več mogoča.

Secondary abstract: Taxes are foremost one of biggest sources of the goverment budget. Each citizen has a tax duty- fulfilment the tax obligations, otherwise they meet their consecvences. Tax collection used to be per classical paper way; with development of Internet and its solutions also has been developing e-commerce at the same time. The Tax administration has simplified the use with implementing the e-tax-commerce. Tax payers use a comfortable way of fulfilling its citizen tax duty. The process of implementation of e-commerce has been in progress since the midlle of December 2003. From 1st of January 2009 exist only one way- the use of e-Portal, other means of interacting and communicating with tax administration is not possible.
