Abstract

Diplomsko delo govori o razvoju kadrov in kadrovski dejavnosti v podjetju Aerodrom Ljubljana, d.d. Večjo pozornost namenjam tudi izobraževanju in usposabljanju, ki je za letališče izrednega pomena. Letališki poklici zahtevajo dolgotrajno usposabljanje, ki mora potekati v skladu s slovensko zakonodajo, mednarodnimi predpisi in zahtevami letalskih prevoznikov. Za raziskovalni del diplome sem zaposlenim razdelila anketni vprašalnik. Želela sem dobiti odgovore na vprašanja: ali so zaposleni zadovoljni s delovnimi razmerami in delom, ki ga opravljajo, kako vidijo možnost svojega napredovanja ter kako ocenjujejo svoje izobraževanje in usposabljanje. S pomočjo njihovih odgovorov sem dobila oceno trenutnega stanja ter oblikovala predloge in rešitve za bolj preglednejši sistem razvoja kadrov.

Secondary abstract: The main focus of this thesis is on human resources development and on human resources in the Aerodrom Ljubljana, d.d. airport company. Greater emphasis is taken on the education and training of human resources, which are of great importance to the company. Aviation professions require long-term training that has to be performed in accordance with Slovene legislation, international regulations and requests of air carriers. The research part of this thesis includes a questionnaire. I tried to get answers to several questions. Are the employees content with their work conditions and work? Do workers have options to promote? How do they evaluate their education and training. With the employees’ answers I saw the current situation in the company, proposed suggestions and solutions for clearer system of human resources development.
