Postopek izbire primerne hidravlične tekočine

Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je, da uvodoma predstavi pomen hidravlične tekočine, njeno funkcijo in naloge, ter poda pregled vrst tekočin, ki se uporabljajo na posameznih področjih. Diplomska naloga predstavlja postopek izbire primerne hidravlične tekočine, kasneje predstavljen za konkreten stroj. Na osnovi poznavanja vgrajenih hidravličnih komponent in njihovih lastnosti ter priporočil proizvajalcev komponent, je izvršena izbira najprimernejše tekočine domačega proizvajalca. Predmet naloge je prav tako zasnovati primeren sistem za filtriranja hidravlične tekočine. Na realnem primeru je prikazan pomen in postopek pravilne izbire hidravlične tekočine in primernega filtrirnega sistema, ki skupaj kot celota zagotavljata dolgo in zanesljivo delovanje hidravlične naprave.

Secondary abstract:	The purpose of this graduate thesis is to present the meaning of hydraulic fluid, its function and tasks. Thesis also presents a list of fluids used in different working environments. Graduate thesis represents a general procedure of choosing the most appropriate hydraulic fluid. The procedure is afterwards focused on selected machine. Based on knowledge of mounted hydraulic components, their characteristics and recommendations by their producers, the best choice of the most appropriate domestic fluid can be made. The aim of this thesis is also to build a suitable filtering system for the hydraulic fluid. The value and procedure of choosing the appropriate hydraulic fluid and filtering system is represented in a real situation. Both elements together represent and guarantee a long and reliable work with hydraulic machine.
