diplomsko delo
Abstract

ABSTRACT
Author of this diploma thesis, Dejvid Šimunić, is employed by a company called Numip.d.o.o that is highly qualified and a high-quality partner for the implementation of projects, external maintenance, specialized technology and production of nuclear energy, conventional power plants, pharmacy and other complex parts of process industries.
He works at a nuclear power plant (NPP), as continually maintainer in the field of stable components, most time in a group, which deals with maintenance, visual inspection, and renewal and control examination of mechanical and hydraulic shock-absorbers.
For a safe operation of Nuclear Power Plant different systems have to work perfectly. Most of the media necessary for the operation of power plants (steam, water ...), flows through the pipelines of different diameters, which is why they are properly attached to the fixed supports and springs. These are the so-called active components, which ensure the integrity of the connection. In case of water and steam strokes and earthquakes the safety of pipelines is ensured by mechanical and hydraulic shock absorbers. These are passive components which during normal operation of power plants provide thermal movement of piping; its basic function is performed in the case of events described above. In this task are briefly described the components of hydraulic components and their basic functions, dismantling and assembling, and visual inspection of the shock-absorbers.
In this task are briefly described the components of hydraulic components and their basic functions, dismantling and assembling, and visual inspection of the shock-absorbers. The main goal of the diploma thesis is based on detecting faults by visual inspection, analysis of errors occurring with the methods FTA - Fault Tree Analysis, FMEA-analysis of potential errors and to analyze their effects ( Failure mode and effect analysis ), to evaluate their "weight" and to provide guidance to correct a mistake or measures for the prevention of errors. |
