Abstract

V diplomskem delu je obravnavan način ustrezne uporabe lesa namenjenega gradnji. Les, uporabljen kot gradbeni material je potrebno pravilno izbrati ter ga ustrezno konstrukcijsko zaščiti, uporabljajoč v tem delu navedene in priporočene ukrepe. Delo se osredotoča na poudarjanje pomembnosti ustrezne konstrukcijske zaščite lesa za objekte, pri čemer se opira na predpisane normative s področja zaščite lesa. Lesu s primerno izbiro in s pravilno konstrukcijsko zaščito, glede na njegovo izpostavljenost različnim vplivom, podaljšamo življenjsko dobo.

Secondary abstract:	This Diploma work deals with proper use of wood intended for construction building. Choosing the right kind and proper constructional protection of wood used as a building material, should be done as set forth in this diploma work. Emphasis of the diploma work is in pointing out the significance of proper constructional protection of wood, based on standards for wood protection. With choosing the right kind and proper constructional protection, depending on exposure to various influences, we can prolong wood life expectancy.
