Abstract
POVZETEK
Osnovni cilj podjetij je preživetje in dolgoročno uspešno poslovanje. Dobiček je rezultat dobro opravljenega dela, vendar dandanes je tolikšno število podjetij, da se je potrebno resnično potruditi za uspešnejše delovanje od konkurence.
Z informacijskim sistemom si lahko podjetja pridobijo odločilno prednost pred konkurenco, zato je temu področju namenjenega veliko časa in truda. V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo zato podrobno opredelili vse cilje in naloge, ki morajo biti opravljene po zastavljenih načrtih. Razložili smo na kaj vse moramo biti pozorni pri grajenju celotnega novega informacijskega sistema. Vsaka najmanjša napaka je lahko usodna, zato se uvaja vedno več kontrol, ki zagotavljajo boljšo preglednost dela in še morda pravočasno popravljanje storjenih napak.
Pri oglaševanju smo razložili kateri mediji so primernejši za določen tip podjetij in katera oglaševanja sploh poznamo. Predstavili smo slovenske oglaševalske agencije, največje oglaševalce in medije v Sloveniji. Program oglaševanja se razlikuje pri vsakem podjetju, saj je odločitev odvisna od značilnostih vsakega podjetja posebej.
Podrobno raziskovanje informacijskega sistema Media planer, nam omogoča vpogled v delovanje podjetja Vita Media d.o.o.. Razčlenili smo posamezna dejanja in procese, ki se dogajajo znotraj podjetja.
V sklepnem delu diplomske naloge smo na splošno predstavili podjetje Vita Media d.o.o., z vsemi prednosti, slabostmi in uporabnostjo informacijskega sistema Media planer. Mnenja smo, da se bo na srednjeročen rok uvedba novega informacijskega sistema izplačala, saj se v nasprotnem primeru ne bi odločili za ta korak, ki pa je bil nujno potreben.

Secondary abstract: |
The primary goal of every undertaking is subsistence and a successful long-term business. The financial gain is a result of well-performed work; however, nowadays so many undertakings exits that it is truly necessary to do one`s best to perform better than the competition.
By using information systems, undertakings can gain crucial competitive advantage. Thus, a lot of time and effort is devoted to this issue. In first part of the diploma paper we have specifically defined aims and tasks which have to be achieved and carried out according to the plans set. We have explained where we have to pay attention while setting up a complete information system. The smallest mistake can be fatal, which is why there is more and more control introduced assuring clearer work transparency and perhaps even a due correction of mistakes done.
Within advertising, we explained which types of media are more adequate for a certain type of undertaking and which kinds of advertising we know in the first place. We introduced Slovene advertising agencies and the biggest advertisers and media in Slovenia. Each undertaking has its own advertising program, as the latter depends on its specific characteristics.
Detailed research on Media Planer information system provides us insight into functioning of the company Vita Media d.o.o. We have analyzed individual actions and processes occurring inside of the company.
In the final part of the diploma paper we have introduced the company Vita Media d.o.o. in general, including the advantages, disadvantages and the applicability of the Media planer information system. We believe that in medium-term time limit the introduction of a new information system will prove profitable; in the opposite case, the company would not decided for this step which was, however, indispensible. |
