Secondary abstract: | Diploma work presents procedure of strength analysis of excavator arms on specific model. Purpose of this work was to present methodology of work that we meet when we do such analysis. We used a computer 3D model that we built in program for product designing CATIA as a base. We determined operating loads and dynamic loads on simplified way. Analysis was performed by FEM. We worked with a computer program for numerical analysis Abaqus. At the end there are presented results of analysis and comparison with results of analytical calculation one of the pivot pin. |
