Analiza učinkovitosti uvedbe hitrega točilnega agregata na bencinskem servisu

Abstract

Hitrost in učinkovitost sta dva pojma, ki dobro opisujeta današnjo ekonomsko usmerjeno družbo. Povsod se pričakuje kakovostno, hitro in takojšnjo oskrbo ter postrežbo brez čakalnih vrst in zastojev. Vsako čakanje namreč povzroča dodatne stroške izgubljene priložnosti. Ozka grla, ki nastajajo zaradi povečanega pretoka blaga ali zaradi spremenjenih razmer, ki jih nismo predvideli, so lahko precejšen strošek za podjetje. Tudi na bencinskih servisih se pojavljajo ozka grla in posledično čakalne vrste, ki so še posebej izrazite v sezonskih konicah, ko je veliko prometa na cestah. Če želimo stroškovno preživeti v konkurenčnih časih, je nujno opraviti analizo poslovanja in ugotoviti ter odpraviti ozka grla, ki onemogočajo nemoten pretok blaga, ljudi in informacij. Namen diplomske naloge je analizirati in poiskati problematiko zastojev oskrbe z gorivom na Petrolovem bencinskem servisu Škocjan predvsem s stališča povečanja pretočnosti bencinskega servisa ter predlagati rešitve, ki bi pripomogle k izboljšanju trenutne situacije. Na ta način pa tudi povečati ugled servisa pri kupcih in z morebitno uvedbo predlaganih rešitev pridobiti tudi kakšnega novega kupca.

Secondary abstract:	Speed and efficiency are two concepts that describe today's economic well-oriented society. Everywhere the expected quality, fast and immediate treatment and care without queuing and congestion are expected. Any waiting causes additional lost opportunity costs. Bottlenecks arising from the increased movement of goods or changes in circumstances, which we anticipate may be a significant cost to the company. Even the petrol stations are emerging bottlenecks and, consequently, queues, which are particularly pronounced in the peak season when there is a lot of traffic on roads. If we would like to be competitive to survive in times, it is necessary to analyze operations and identify and eliminate bottlenecks that hinder the smooth flow of goods, people and information. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and find the problem of congestion in the fuel supply petrol filling station Škocjan, especially from the standpoint of increasing the fluidity of the service station and to propose solutions that would help to improve the current situation. In this way, but also enhance the reputation for customer service and the possible introduction of the proposed solutions also obtain some new customers.
