Abstract

Zaradi želje po povečanju hitrosti izdelave izdelkov in večjem številu variant podobnih izdelkov, izboljšanju kakovosti in konkurenčnosti izdelkov, je današnjo proizvodnjo treba neprestano izboljševati in vpeljevati različne inovacije. Danes se v razvitem svetu vse bolj pojavlja problem dragega ročnega dela, ki najprej izredno vpliva na ceno in nato še na kakovost izdelkov. Ta problem lahko dobro rešimo z robotizirano montažo, primernim načrtovanjem izdelkov za montažo z roboti in pravilno strego. Robotizirana montaža omogoča hitre spremembe, saj jo je mogoče dobro prilagoditi novim zahtevam. V diplomskem delu smo najprej proučiti splošen pomen strege in montaže v proizvodnji, osvetlili vrste in zgradbo robotov, nato pa analizirali namen robotov in zastopanost industrijskih robotov pri montaži. Opisani so tudi praktični primeri in izvedbe robotiziranih postrojenj za montažo. Podan je tudi stroškovni vidik in inovativno načrtovanje izdelkov za montažo z roboti.

Secondary abstract: The desire to increase the speed of construction products and many variants of similar products, improving quality and competitiveness of products, today's production and continuous improvement should be introduced various innovations. Even in the developed world is increasingly expensive problem is the manual work that first extraordinary impact on the price and then click on product quality. This problem can be solved by good robotized assembly suitable for product design and assembly of robots strego correctly. Robotic assembly allows quick changes, since it is well adapted to new requirements. In this thesis, we first examine the general importance of manipulation in the manufacture and assembly, to elucidate the nature and structure of the robot, and then analyze the purpose of representation of robots and industrial robots in assembly. Described are also practical examples and implementation of robotic assembly plants. It is given by the cost aspect and innovative product design for assembly by robots.
