Abstract

V diplomskem delu je prikazan preracun dvižnega mehanizma mobilnega žerjava znamke Liebherr modela LTM 1100/4.2. LTM 1100/4.2 je model nosilnosti 100 t pri radiu 3 m. Izbrana racunska zmogljivost žerjava je 48 t, za katerega je tudi narejen preracun. Preracunan je premer vrvi, nato izbran ustrezen boben glede na dolžino jeklene vrvi, ki je navita na boben. Izbran je tudi ustrezen pogonski motor za dvigovanje bremena in ustrezna hidravlicna crpalka ter hidravlicni vodi. Vsi preracuni so izdelani v skladu z veljavnimi evropskimi standardi ISO 4301/1 in ISO 4308-1.

Secondary abstract: In the present work are shown calculated mechanisms of mobile crane Liebherr LTM 1100/4.2. LTM 1100/4.2 is the model of capacity 100 t at 3 m radius. Selected calculating weight for this mobile crane is 48 t, and it is calculating. It is calculated diameter of ropes, selected right drum according to length of steel ropes, which is wounded on drum. Then are also selected operating motor for lifting weight, hydraulic pump and hydraulic pipes. All calculating is made accordance of valid European standards ISO 4301/1 and ISO 4308-1.
