Analiza cestno prometnih nesreč

Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava dejavnikeprometnih nesreč. Predstavljeni so štirje novi zakoni: Zakon o cestah, Zakon o motornih vozilih, Zakon o voznikih in Zakon o pravilih cestnega prometa, ki so stopili v veljavo julija 2011. Opisano je delo policije na kraju prometne nesreče. Ker je vozilo v prometu eden od glavnih elementov, je nujno razumevanje dinamike gibanja vozila. Opisana sta tudi: potek trka vozila v togi predmet in trk dveh vozil. Podrobneje je predstavljen nalet vozila na pešca, prav tako je izdelan in rešen primer analize prometne nesreče nalet vozila na pešca.

Secondary abstract:	The thesis discusses factors regarding traffic accidents. Four new laws are presented which came into use on the first of July 2011. It describes the work of the police on the site of the traffic accident. As the vehicle is one of the basic elements of the transportation system, understanding of vehicle dynamics is necessary. The course of the collision of one vehicle and collision of two vehicles is described. More in detail is described the crash of a vehicle with a pedestrian, and constructed and solved the case of traffic accident.
