Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen praktični primer izbora najprimernejšega ponudnika pri izbiri in nakupu CNC obdelovalnega centra. Opisan je potek postopkov pri pripravi in izvedbi odločitvenega procesa v podjetju, ki se ukvarja z izdelavo notranjega pohištva. Ti postopki so precej obsežni in zapleteni, zato je bil s pomočjo DEXi-ja narejen program, ki bi pohitril in olajšal izbiro najprimernejšega ponudnika. Pri tem je bila upoštevana vrsta proizvodnje ter pravila večparametrskega odločanja. Pokazalo se je, da je tako organizirano odločanje bolj sistematično, hitrejše, manjša je možnost napačnih odločitev, izbira najugodnejšega ponudnika pa je zanesljivejša.

Secondary title: Decision-making model for help in selecting the most suitable tenderer CNC machining centers
Secondary abstract: In my thesis there is presented a practical example of selection of the most suitable tenderer within the selection and purshase CNC machine tool centre. There are described the procedures of preparation and execution of decision lawsuit in company, which it attend with manufacture furniture. These procedures are very extensive and complicated, that is why there was made a program in DEXi, which would help to speed up and to facilitate the selection of the most suitable tenderer. Within this was taken into consideration the existent documentation and legislation of the public official invitation for tenders and the rules of the multi-attribute decision-making. In such a way was shown that this kind of organized decision-making is more systematic, faster, the possibility of wrong decisions is smaller and the selection of the most suitable tenderer is more reliable.
