Abstract

ERP je set poslovnih procesov, ki omogoča podjetjem in organizacijam, da dramatično izboljšajo pomoč oziroma podporo strankam in produktivnost. Ti sistemi uporabljajo enotno bazo za shranjevanje podatkov, da se doseže večja povezanost podjetja. Trenutne ERP rešitve pokrivajo širok izbor funkcij, ki so povezani v skupno bazo podatkov. V diplomskem seminarju smo naredili primerjalno analizo med ERP rešitvami Microsoft Dynamics NAV in Pantheonom.

Secondary abstract: ERP solutions are a set of business processes that enables companies and organizations to dramatically improve support for customers and their productivity.
