Abstract

Geografija kot veda o sodobnem svetu in kako je le ta nastal, potrebuje sodobno pedagoško razlago, ki naj bo čim bolj v koraku s časom. (Zupan, 2007). V diplomskem delu obravnavamo uporabo interaktivne table pri pouku geografije v osnovni šoli. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili značilnosti sodobne informacijsko- komunikacijske tehnologije (IKT) s poudarkom na interaktivni tabli. Opisali smo značilnosti interaktivnih tabel: vrste le teh, njihovo delovanje, didaktično uporabnost, prednosti in slabosti ter funkcije. Ugotovili smo, da interaktivna tabla združuje vsa sodobna učna sredstva in da z njo postaja izobraževalni proces mnogo učinkovitejši in zanimivejši. V empiričnem delu smo interaktivno tablo preizkusili pri urah geografije v 7., 8. in 9. razredu osnovne šole. Po končanih šolskih urah smo opravili anketiranje med učenci, ki so sodelovali pri pouku ter analizirali rezultate anketnega vprašalnika.

Secondary abstract: Geography, as a science of the modern world and how the world was created, needs also a modern pedagogical explanation which is up to date. (Zupan, 2007) In my diploma paper we have introduced the usage of interactive whiteboard at geography lessons in the primary school. In the theoretical part we have introduced the characteristics of the modern information and communications technology with the emphasis on the interactive whiteboard. We described the characteristics of the interactive whiteboard: different types, its usage, didactical usage, pros and cons and functions. We have realized that the interactive whiteboard is joining all modern teaching aids and that is how the teaching process is becoming more effective and interesting. In the empirical part we have used the interactive whiteboard at the geography lessons in the 7., 8., and 9. class of primary school. After each lesson all the pupils have to answer the questionnaire and then we have analyzed the results of the questionnaire.
