Abstract
V današnjem času je skoraj nemogoče najti ljudi, ki niso podvrženi stresu. Vsakodnevne težave, delo, družina in otroci so najpogostejši dejavniki stresa. Pomanjkanje časa za nujna opravila pa nam še dodatno povzroča stres.
V diplomskem delu smo preučevali stres pri zaposlenih v podjetju Kamnoseštvo Žunko d.o.o.. Z raziskavo o stresu pri zaposlenih smo želeli ugotoviti ali so zaposleni podvrženi stresu, kako se na stres odzivajo, kako intenziven je stres pri določenih dejavnikih in na kak način skušajo odpravljati stres. Zanimalo nas je tudi ali je podvrženost stresu pri zaposlenih odvisna od spola in starosti.
Raziskava nam je pokazala, da večina zaposlenih delo le občasno smatra kot stresno, nekaterim se delo zdi stresno ves čas, nekaterim pa delo sploh ni stresno. Opazili smo, da so posamezni dejavniki bolj stresni kot drugi in, da večina zaposlenih odpravlja stres na podobne načine. Zanimivo je tudi, da podvrženost stresu v podjetju Kamnoseštvo Žunko d.o.o. ni odvisna od spola in starosti ter da odnosi z nadrejenimi ne povečujejo stresa pri delu.

Secondary abstract: |
Today it is almost impossible to find people who are not subject to stress. Everyday problems, work, family and children are the most common stress factors. Lack of time for urgent tasks us further cause stress.
In this thesis we studied stress among employees in the company Kamnoseštvo Žunko d.o.o. With research about stress of employees, we wanted to determine if employees are subject to stress, how they respond to stress, how intensive the stress is at certain factors and in what way are they trying to eliminate stress. We were also interested whether the susceptibility to stress of employees depends on gender and age.
The research has shown us that most of employees work only occasionally seen as stressful, some of them work seems to stress all the time, but for some of them work is not stressful. We noticed that some individual factors are more stressful than others and that most employees eliminate stress in similar ways. It is also interesting that stress susceptibility in the company Kamnoseštvo Žunko d.o.o. does not depend on sex and age, and that the relationship with superiors do not increase stress at work. |
