Abstract
Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na tri sklope: uvodni, teoretični in aplikativni del.
V uvodnem delu opredeljujemo osnovne značilnosti pričujočega dela (obravnavano področje, problem, namen, cilje, načrt raziskave in hipoteze, uporabljene raziskovalne metode, predpostavke in omejitve).
V teoretičnem delu pojasnjujemo nastanek in delovanje podjetja v njegovem spreminjajočem se okolju. Posebno pozornost smo namenili razvoju in rasti podjetja. V sklopu tega predstavljamo življenjski cikel podjetja in nekatere pomembnejše (izbrane) modele razvoja in rasti podjetja, kjer izpostavljamo model, ki sta ga razvila Pűmpin in Prange (1995) ter model podjetniških kriz po Kropfbergerju (2003). Zaključili smo z razpravo o usmerjanju (razvoja in rasti) podjetja.
Aplikativni del magistrskega dela vsebuje praktični primer, ki je bil izveden na primeru podjetja DOSOR d.o.o., za katerega smo predstavili temeljne podatke, strukturo dejavnostnih področij, poslovne in upravljalno-vodstvene funkcije, razvojno analizo in analizo uresničitvenih struktur, podjetniško kulturo ter analizo temeljnih vrednot ključnih udeležencev podjetja. Diagnosticirali smo življenjski cikel (razvoja in rasti) podjetja ter podali primerjalno analizo kriznega stanja, kjer smo zajeli smernice za usmerjanje nadaljnjega razvoja, da bi se obravnavano podjetje izognilo in preprečilo podjetniške krize ter (pozitivno) raslo in se razvijalo. Prišli smo do zanimivih ugotovitev in spoznanj, ki smo jih na koncu strnili v sklepu.
Pri izdelavi aplikativnega dela smo temeljili na MER modelu integralnega managementa (Belak 2002, 2010) in Saintgallenskem konceptu vodenja (Bleicher 1995; Pűmpin, Prange 1995). Raziskava je bila izvedena na osnovi spoznanj Pűmpina in Pranga (1995) ter Kropfbergerja (2003).

Master's thesis is divided into three parts: introduction, theoretical and applicational part.
In the introduction part we defined the basic features of the present work (area under considerations, the problem, objective, goals, research plan and hypotheses, used research methods, assumptions and restrictions).
In the theoretical work we explained the formation and operation of companies in its changing environment. Particular attention was paid to the development and growth of the company. In this context, we present the life cycle of the company and some important (selected) model of the development and growth of the company, where we emphasize the model developed by Pűmpin and Prange (1995) and model entrepreneurial crisis by Kropfberger (2003). We concluded with a discussion about the guidance (for development and growth) of companies.
The applied part of the thesis contains a practical implemented example of the case DOSOR Ltd., for which we have presented the basic data, structure of business areas, business and executive functions, development analysis, analysis of implementation structures, business culture and the analysis of fundamental values of the key participants in the company. We diagnosed the life-cycle (development and growth) of the company and presented the comparative analysis of critical situation, where we included the guidelines for directing of future development whit the aim to prevent the corporate crisis and assure the long-term growth and development of the company. We came up with interesting findings and insights, which are summarized in the conclusions.
The application work is based on the MER model of integral management (Belak 2002, 2010) and the St. Gallenconcept of leadership (Bleicher 1995; Pűmpin, Prange 1995). The survey was conducted on the basis of knowledge of Pűmpin and Prange (1995) and Kropfberger (2003). |
