Abstract

Slovenija je ena izmed tistih držav, kjer je staranje prebivalstva zaradi nižje stopnje rodnosti in vse daljše življenjske dobe neizbežno dejstvo. Pokojninski sistem, ki je v Sloveniji vse do leta 2000 temeljil izključno na enostebrnem dokladnem sistemu, je povečeval breme na javne finance in s tem na aktivno prebivalstvo.

Secondary abstract: Slovenia is one of the countries that facting the fact of agening people due to lower fertility degree and due to higher life age. Pension system that was until year 2000 based on pay as you go system was increasing the burden for goverment budget and active population as it was entirely funded with contribution of the active population.
