Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen problem prezračevanja in klimatizacije prostorov za reproduktivno medicino in ginekološko endokrinologijo Univerzitetnega kliničnega centra Maribor. Celoten obstoječi klimatizacijski sistem za ta oddelek je dotrajan in ne zagotavlja več optimalnih pogojev za delo in bivanje v bolnišnici. Na sistemu redno prihaja do tehničnih težav in je velik porabnik energentov. S temi težavami so povezani vzdrževalni stroški in stroški energije, ki so posledično zelo visoki. S pomočjo študija literature, opazovanja delovanja sistema, primerjave sistema s sodobnejšim in s finančnimi izračuni, sem prišel do spoznanja, da bi ob zamenjavi klimatskega sistema z sodobnejšim, letno prihranili za kar 49124,91 evrov stroškov in bi bila zamenjava smiselna.

Secondary title: Inluence of air-conditioning system's refurbishment to energetic and cost efficiency of buildings
Secondary abstract: In the present diploma thesis the problem of ventilation and air conditioning at the Department of Reproductive Medicine and Gynaecological Endocrinology of the University Clinical Centre of Maribor is presented. The problem lies in the complete air-conditioning system of the department which is old and cannot provide optimal working conditions and hospital stays. The system regularly experiences technical problems and consumes too much energy. As consequence maintenance and energy costs are too high. By studying the literature, observing how the system works, comparing the existing system to the modern ones and by making financial calculations, I came to the conclusion that by installing air-conditioning system the hospital could save up to 49,124.91 € each year. Hence installing a new air-conditioning system would be reasonable.
