Abstract

V svojem diplomskem delu sem poglobila svoje teoretično znanje o zavarovalništvu, elektronskem poslovanju in dobrih spletnih straneh. Na podlagi teh znanj sem analizirala pet spletnih strani naših zavarovalnic ( Generali, Triglav, Maribor, Adriatic Slovenica, Kd Življenje) .Elektronsko poslovanje nam prihrani ogromno časa, saj nam ni potrebno odditi od doma in se srečati s ponudniki. Vse uredimo doma pred računalnikom. Potrebe strank se lažje razumejo zaradi neposredne komunikacije preko omrežja. Spletna stran je tako imenovan živi sistem, ki ga je potrebno neprestano prilagajati, osveževati in izboljševati, da pritegne uporabnike. Na dobrih spletnih straneh se kaže, da je internet dvosmerni kanal. Analizirane spletne strani so tudi v tej smeri pokazale, da so dobre spletne strani.

Secondary abstract:	In this dissertation i tried to deepen the theoretical knowledge on insurance, electronic business and of good web characteristics. Based on these knowledges i try to analyse web sites of slovenian insurance company ( Generali, Triglav, Maribor, Adriatic Slovenica, Kd Življenje) . The analysis showed that our insurance companies are indeed very good websites. Electronic business is nowadays a big competitive advantage and insurance companies are aware of that. Almost all companies have on their websites a possibility for conclusion of insurances over the websites ( on-line insurance ). They also have profiles on Facebook, that became the leading communicational page. All insurance companies on their websites enable informational calculation of insurance, what keeps the visitor even longer on the webiste.
