Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena trdnostna analiza nosilnega okvirja pritrdišč varnostnih pasov. Trdnostna analiza je izvedena s pomočjo računalniških simulacij po metodi končnih elementov, prikazan je postopek priprave numeričnega modela, ki zajema izdelavo MKE modela, mreže končnih elementov, definiranja robnih pogojev obremenitev in vpetja modela. Predstavljeni so rezultati numeričnih analiz več različic nosilnega okvirja pritrdišč varnostnih pasov in tudi rezultati dejanskih testiranj modelov, ki so bili predhodno simulirani. Na osnovi numeričnih simulacij in možnosti sprememb na konstrukciji smo določili optimalni nosilni okvir. Obremenilni testi nosilnega okvirja so potrdili numerično analizo nosilnega okvirja.

Secondary abstract: In diploma work is represented the strength analysis of the carrier frame for seatbelt connection points. Strength analysis was carried out by means of computer simulations of the finite element method, showing the process of preparing the numerical model, which includes the manufacture of FEM model, the finite element mesh, defining boundary conditions and load shrinkage model. Presented are the results of numerical analysis of several versions of the load carrying frame of the belt anchorages and the results of actual testing of models that have previously been tested. Based on numerical simulations and possible changes in the structure we have determined the optimal carrier frame. Laboratories tests have confirmed the carrier frame numerical analysis of the carrier frame.
