Abstract
Bistvo naše diplomske naloge je bilo usmeriti se v teorijo sistema nagrajevanja in motiviranosti zaposlenih ter nato na praktičnem primeru s pomočjo distribucijskega podjetja prikazati, kako imajo zgrajen sistem nagrajevanja v anketiranem podjetju, prikazati njegove slabosti in prednosti ter poskušati poiskati rešitve, da se bo ta sistem pribliţal najugodnejšemu v tem podjetju v danem obdobju.
Sistem nagrajevanja smo razčlenili in s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika analizirali dobljene podatke ter ugotovili, da popolnega sistema nagrajevanja ni. Za dober sistem je potrebno ugotoviti, kako motivirati zaposlene, da bo njihova zavzetost za delo na najvišjem nivoju. Temu primerno morajo biti zaposleni tudi nagrajeni. V diplomski nalogi smo prikazali, kako so zaposleni zadovoljni s sistemom nagrajevanja v anketiranem podjetju, koliko jim je ta jasen in kaj bi bilo potrebno spremeniti, da bo še boljši.

Secondary abstract: |
The main thing in our diploma assignment was a research of a rewarding system and motivation of employees. For practical part of our assignment we used a distribution company to study their rewarding system and try to find it's strength's and weaknesses to provide solutions wich will take the rewarding system to it's best for the company in a particular timeline.
We took apart the rewarding system and we analysed the data that we got from a public research. The results told us that there is no perfect rewarding system. It is crucial for a good rewarding system to know how to motivate employees so that their commitment is on the highest level. Employees have to be rewarded regarding to their commitment. We showed in our diploma assignment how satisfied the employees in company we studied are with their rewarding system, how well they understand it, and what schould they do, to make it better. |
