Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava splošne značilnosti kriznega managementa ter obvladovanje krize v podjetju. Naloga je v celoti sestavljena iz teoretičnega dela ter preučuje podroben proces od nastanka krize v podjetju pa vse do njene razrešitve. Za uspešno obvladovanje in preprečevanje kriz je potrebno široko znanje in strokovna usposobljenost vodstva podjetja in kriznega managementa. Reševanja krize se je potrebno lotiti sistematično in preudarno. Zelo pomembno pa je tudi, da podjetje krizo pravočasno zazna in se ustrezno odzove na spremembe v okolju in samem podjetju, s čimer so postavljeni cilji za uspešno delovanje podjetja. V uvodnem delu diplomske naloge so na kratko predstavljeni ključni pojmi ter značilnosti in vrste kriz. Nadalje so opisani vzroki za nastanek krize ter vedenje ključnih udeležencev v podjetju v času krize. V tretjem poglavju sem se osredotočila na opredelitev splošnih značilnosti kriznega managementa ter samega obvladovanja krize, na koncu pa so seveda navedeni še ukrepi reševanja podjetja iz krize, sam izhod podjetja iz kriznega stanja ter seveda sklepne misli in trditve, postavljene na začetku diplomske naloge.

Secondary abstract: The diploma task deals with the general characteristics of crisis management and about commanding of crisis management in the company. The task is entirely composed of theoretical work and examines the detailed process of the emergence of the crisis in the company through to its resolution. For successful control and prevention of crises the broad knowledge is necessary and also skillful company leadership of management and crisis management. Resolving the crisis should be undertaken systematically and rationally. Very important also is that the company perceives a crisis in time and responds appropriately to the changes in the environment and in the company itself and those are the set targets for the successful operation of businesses. In the introductory part of the paper the key concepts, characteristics and the types of crises are briefly presented. Furthermore the reported causes of the crisis and behavior of key actors in the company in times of crisis are described. In the third chapter I have focused on defining the general characteristics of crisis management and about commanding crisis management and in the end the measures of rescuing a company in crisis are stated, how to get firms in crisis situation out of it and of course the final thoughts and arguments, presented at the beginning of this work.
