Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo proučevali zadovoljstvo in zvestobo Si.mobilovih zasebnih odjemalcev, ki uporabljajo pogovorne naročniške pakete. Z raziskavo, ki smo jo izvedli na priložnostnem vzorcu 101 Si.mobilovega naročnika na internetnih spletnih forumih, smo ugotavljali kakovost in pomembnost uporabe storitev, zadovoljstvo s storitvami, zvestobo naročnikov, primernost nagrajevanja zvestobe ter stališča in mnenja Si.mobilovih naročnikov. Anketni vprašalnik je bil sestavljen iz izbirnih vprašanj in postavk, ki so jih naročniki ocenjevali na podlagi petstopenjske merilne lestvice. Najpomembnejše ugotovitve raziskave so bile, da so Si.mobilovi naročniki na splošno zadovoljni s storitvami, da bi Si.mobil moral v prihodnje uvesti enostaven, zanimiv in privlačen program zvestobe in da imajo naročniki na splošno pozitivno mnenje o Si.mobilu. Pomemben cilj raziskave je bil na podlagi teoretičnih spoznanj in analize rezultatov raziskave pripraviti in predstaviti predlog programa zvestobe za Si.mobil, ki bo enostaven, zanimiv in privlačen za naročnike.

Secondary abstract: This study examines satisfaction and loyalty of Si.mobil’s private subscribers who use conversational subscription packages. A survey was realized on a convenient sample of 101 Si.mobil subscriber's on web forums. We where researching the quality and relevance of services, satisfaction with services, subscriber loyalty, suitability of loyalty programme and the views and opinions of Si.mobil subscribers. The survey consisted of multiple choice questions and statements, which subscribes have evaluated through a five step rating scale. The most important findings of the survey are that Si.mobil subscribers are generally satisfied with the services, that should Si.mobil introduce a simple, interesting and attractive loyalty programme and that those subscribers have generally positive view of Si.mobil. Based on theoretical insights and analysis of survey results was an important objective of this study to prepare and present a proposition of Si.mobil loyalty program, which will be simple, interesting and attractive to subscribers.
