Abstract
Delo diplomskega seminarja se posveča vsebini, v katero smo umestili področje pospeševanja spletne prodaje in informacijsko komunikacijska orodja ter e-orodja, ki pomagajo namenu doseganja zastavljenih ciljev, med katere štejemo tudi uspešno pospeševanje spletne prodaje.
Uporaba e-orodij pospeševanja spletne prodaje se pojavlja v vedno večjem številu podjetij. Razlog ne leži le v učinkovitosti njihove uporabe, temveč tudi v doseganju ekonomske učinkovitosti z vidika stroškov. Kljub temu pa uporaba sama po sebi ni zadosten pogoj za uspešno poslovanje. Vsako podjetje, ki se srečuje z prej omenjenimi področji kot tudi orodji, mora dobro poznati koncept delovanja teh orodij in njihovo medsebojno povezljivost.
Implementacija tako zapletenega sistema orodij ni preprosta. Bolj preprosta je njihova uporaba, ki pa kljub temu zahteva znanje strokovnjakov iz posameznih področij, ki ga bodo uporabili v teku poslovnih procesov. Diplomski seminar namenja vsebino področjem, ki so nujno potrebna pri vzpostavitvi in delovanju teh poslovnih procesov ter jih navezuje na ključno temo pospeševanja spletne prodaje končnim uporabnikom ter uporabo e-orodij, ki so v tem procesu vključena.

Secondary abstract: |
This paper work focuses on content, in which we placed an area of online sales promotion and information communication tools and e-tools, that help the purpose of achieving the desired objectives, among which is also succesfull promotion of online sale.
The use of e-tools for promoting online sales appears in the growing number of enterprises. The reason lies not only in the efficienty of their use, but also in achieving economic efficieny in terms of cost. However, the usage by itself is not a sufficient condition for a successful business. Each company, that faces with before mentioned areas, as well as tools, must be familiar with the concept of operations of these tools and their interconnectivity.
Implementation of such a complex sistem of tools is not simple. Easiest is their use, which also requires the knowledge of experts from each of the areas that will be used in the course of business proceses. Our paper work gives content to certain fieds, which are strictly necessary for the establishment and functioning of these business proceses, and it relates them to a key theme of online sale promotion to end users and the use of e-tools that are included in this process. |
