diplomsko delo
Abstract
Diplomsko delo obsega raziskavo, s katero smo poskušali podrobneje prikazati potek anodizacije. Predvsem smo se osredotočili na luženje (pickling). Raziskava je potekala v proizvodnem obratu Eloksirna in njenem pripadajočem laboratoriju v podjetju Aha Emmi, predelava aluminija, d. o. o, in sicer v kraju Slovenska Bistrica. Ko smo ugotavljali vpliv koncentracij Al in NaOH, so bile naš vzorec velike in srednje navojnice.

The thesis involves a research by which the process of anodizing was demonstrated in detail. Above all we were focused on pickling. The research was conducted in a production plant for anodising and its belonging laboratory of the enterprise Aha Emmi aluminium processing (LLC) in Slovenska Bistrica. All the necessary samples - aluminium plates were prepared in the production plant for anodising, processing was performed on the anodising line, and all the necessary analyses were conducted in laboratory. Dependence of the material reduction according to the process duration, concentration influence of Al and NaOH on pickling time, weight gaining of the material after anodising, and differences between middle and large mycron were analysed. All the necessary information was gained through the solution analyses, for the material reduction study the electronic calliper was used. While determining concentration influence of the Al and NaOH large and middle mycrones were used. Both represent a product which has to be anodised for the further usage. With the research it was established that the quantity of material reduction depends on pickling time, and subsequently also on Al and NaOH concentration in the solution. Both concentrations are mutually connected, therefor analysis of both are necessary before each new pickling process. There are also some deviations in pickling time between large and middle mycron, above all in both parameters concentration. Influence factor is working temperature of the bath. At the middle mycron the working temperature of the lye solution bath is higher than at the large mycron. The hypothesis or the fact that the material loses on weight at the pickling process and gains it back after the whole anodising process is finished was confirmed with the research. |
