Abstract

Diplomska naloga predstavlja obdelavo z velikimi rezalnimi hitrostmi in pomiki pri postopku rezkanja. Osnovno načelo visokohitrostne obdelave je odstraniti čim več materiala v časovni enoti z majhnimi globinami reza in posledično manjšimi obremenitvami orodja. Ta postopek zahteva temu namenjena orodja in stroje. V nalogi so predstavljeni oprema in načini pristopa k izvajanju visokohitrostne obdelave. Osrednja tema je njena uporaba v maloserijski proizvodnji z raznolikimi obdelovanci, kjer je potrebna hitra prilagodljivost za izvajanje trenutnega proizvodnega programa. Prikazana je izdelava programa za numerično krmiljene obdelovalne stroje. Programiranje poteka s sodobnimi programskimi orodji, ki omogočajo izbiro pravilne strategije za obdelavo.

Secondary abstract: This thesis represents the processing of high -speed cutting and movings in the process of milling. The basic principle of high-speed processing is to remove as much material as possible in the time unit with small depths of the cut and consequently less burdening on the tool. For this procedure are recquired tools and machines designed for it. In this theis are presented methods of approach to delivering high-speed processing and the equipment. The central theme is its use in small-scale production with a variety of workpieces, where a rapid flexibility for the implementation of the current product programme is needed. The production of the programme for numerically controlled machine tools is showed. Programming is done with modern programming tools, which allow you to choose the correct strategy for processing.
