Secondary abstract: | This thesis represents the processing of high -speed cutting and movings in the process of milling. The basic principle of high-speed processing is to remove as much material as possible in the time unit with small depths of the cut and consequently less burdening on the tool. For this procedure are recquired tools and machines designed for it. In this theis are presented methods of approach to delivering high-speed processing and the equipment. The central theme is its use in small-scale production with a variety of workpieces, where a rapid flexibility for the implementation of the current product programme is needed. The production of the programme for numerically controlled machine tools is showed. Programming is done with modern programming tools, which allow you to choose the correct strategy for processing. |
