Delovanje ERP rešitev v okolju računalništva v oblaku na primeru KOPA ERP

Abstract

Za podjetja je pomembno, da imajo na razpolago dober informacijski sistem, ki jim lajša poslovanje. Danes imamo na razpolago veliko število ponudnikov informacijski sistemov, zato moremo vedeti koga izbrati. Pomembno je, da ugotovimo kdaj ima podjetje najnižje stroške poslovanja in hkrati kakovostno podporo poslovanju, ter temu primerno izbrati. V teoretičnem delu dela diplomskega seminarja smo pojasnili zunanje izvajanje, ter zakaj naj bi se podjetje odločilo zanj. Podali smo značilnosti računalništva v oblaku, njegovo trenutno stanje, ter obete za prihodnost. Z zunanjim izvajanjem smo povezali celovite informacijske rešitve (ERP rešitve) in management človeških virov (HRM), ter predstavili pozitivne vidike zunanjega izvajanja ERP rešitev in HRM rešitev. V praktičnem delu dela diplomskega seminarja smo se posvetili podjetju KOPA računalniški inženiring, d.d. ter ponudbi ERP in HRM rešitev, ki jih ponuja podjetje KOPA. Predstavili smo podjetje, njegove programske pakete na področju KOPA ERP in KOPA HRM ter tehnologijo delovanja programskih paketov. V zadnjem poglavju dela diplomskega seminarja smo opredelili spletne aplikacije in pomembnost poslovnih modelov za prehod KOPA ERP in KOPA HRM v oblak. Povzeli smo tudi možnosti in slabosti, ki jih ima podjetje KOPA za prehod programskih rešitev iz spletnih aplikacij v oblak in na podlagi tega podali napoved za prihodnost.

Secondary abstract:	It is of great importance for companies to have access to a good information system, which facilitates operations. Today there are many providers of information systems, therefore we have to make sure we choose the right one. It is important to choose the information system that offers lowest operating costs and at the same time high-quality business support. In the theoretical part of the thesis work we explained outsourcing, and why company would decide to choose it. We presented characteristics of cloud computing, its current status, and future prospects for its development. By outsourcing we connect enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human resource management (HRM). We presented positive aspects of outsourcing of ERP and HRM. The practical part of the thesis work, is focusing on company KOPA computer engineering and their offering on ERP and HRM solutions. We presented company's software packages in the field of ERP and HRM and their basic operating principles. In the last chapter of the thesis work we have identified the importance of web applications and business models for the transition of KOPA ERP and KOPA HRM into the cloud. We also summarized the opportunities and weaknesses of software solutions company KOPA offers, and possibilities for their transition to the cloud. Based upon these findings we made a forecast for the possible future of company KOPA d.d.
