Abstract
Socialna omrežja postajajo vedno bolj nepogrešljiva v življenju posameznikov kot tudi za poslovanje podjetij. Posameznikom omogočajo zabavo, komunikacijo in druženje, podjetjem pa oglaševanje, promocijo, komunikacijo s ciljnimi skupinami.
Diplomski seminar obravnava poslovno uporabo socialnih omrežij. Najprej smo opisali osnovne značilnosti socialnih omrežij ter njihove prednosti in slabosti. Opisali smo orodja tržnega komuniciranja in glavno nevarnost na socialnih omrežjih, to je prevelika količina osebnih podatkov. Predstavili smo tri trenutno najpopularnejša socialna omrežja: Facebook, Twitter in Google+. Predstavili smo tudi potek poslovanja na socialnih omrežjih Facebook, Twitter in Google+ ter ugotovili, da podjetja s poslovanjem na socialnih omrežjih pridobijo veliko prednost.

Social networks are becoming increasingly indispensable in the lives of individuals, as well as for business. They enable individuals to entertainment, communication and socializing. Business provide advertising, promotion and communication with target groups.
Diploma paper deals with the business use of social networks, where we first describe the basic characteristics of social networks and its adventages and disadventages. We described tools of marketing communication and the major threat on social networks, that is too much personal information. We presented three currently most popular social networks, Facebook, Twitter and Google+. We have also presented the course of business in social networks Facebook, Twitter and Google+ and discovered that companies with operations in social networks obtain many adventages. |
