Abstract
Pri proizvodnji elektrike, v industriji elektronike ter farmaciji se pogosto deionizirana voda. To je filtrirana voda, ki vsebuje zelo malo kemijskih primesi ostalih elementov — je skoraj kemično čista voda. Za pripravo deionizirane vode se v zadnjem času vedno bolj uveljavljajo membranske tehnologije, kot so mikrofiltracija, ultrafiltracija, reverzna osmoza ter elektrodeionizacija. V praktičnem delu sem opisal celotno delovanje pilotne naprave z omenjenimi tehnologijami, ter sodeloval pri opravljanju fizikalno-kemičnih meritev na napravi z različnimi vodnimi viri. Opravil se je tudi teoretični izračun padca tlaka na membrane in primerava z izmerjenimi. Prikazan je pojav mašenja membrane za ultrafiltracijo ter izračun dodatne upornosti Rc.

Secondary abstract: |
In the production of electricity, electronics and pharmaceutical industry is often use de-ionized water. This is the filtered water that contains very little chemical admixture of other elements - is almost pure water. For the preparation of deionized water the membrane technology is increasingly applied in modern use. Those technologies are microfiltration, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and elektrodeionization. In practical work I have described the overall operation of pilot plants with these technologies, and participated in the performance of the physico-chemical measurements on devices with different water sources. I also performed a theoretical calculation of pressure drop on the membrane and the solutions compered with the measured data. I present membrane fouling and calculated the resistance of membrane. |
