Abstract

Mobilno poslovanje pomeni nakup in prodajo blaga ter storitev preko brezžičnih prenosnih naprav, osebnih prenosnih mobilnih telefonov in osebnih digitalnih pomočnikov. Mobilno poslovanje je znano kot naslednja generacija e-poslovanja, ki uporabnikom omogoča dostop do interneta, katero temelji na Wirless Application Protocol (WAP). V prvem, toeretičnem delu, so pojasnjeni posamezni elementi mobilnega poslovanja, ki v današnjih časih pridobivajo vedno večji pomen. Potrebe po mobilnosti predstavlja tako primarno gonilno silo mobilnega bančništva, mobilne zabave in mobilnega trženja. Vse te gonilne sile predstavljajo vse večje zbliževanje računalnikov in mobilnih telekomunikacijskih naprav. V drugem, praktičnem delu sta predstavljeni mobilni družbi Si.mobil in Orange, njun rezultat uspešnega delovanja, njune lastno razvite mobilne aplikacije in njihova ponudbo pametnih mobilnih telefonov. Prav tako lahko v tem delu najdemo raziskavo in analizo uporabe mobilnih telefonov.

Secondary abstract: Mobile commerce means buying and selling goods and services through wireless handheld devices, personal portable mobile phones and personal digital assistants. Mobile business is known as the next generation of e-commerce, which allows users to access the Internet, which is based on the Wirless Application Protocol (WAP). The first, theoretical part explains the individual elements of the mobile business, which is nowadays gaining on the importance. Mobility needs is representing a primary driver of mobile banking, mobile entertainment and mobile marketing. All these drivers represent a growing convergence of computers and mobile telecommunication devices. In the second, practical part there are presented Si.mobil and Orange, the result of their successful business, developement of their own mobile applications and supply of smart phones. In that part we can also find the study case and analysis of the use of mobile phones.
