Secondary abstract: | The occurrence of sickness absenteeism is not just related to people's health, but also by other factors (economic, labor, social, cultural). Medical absenteeism is very high in Slovenia. The problem of absenteeism of health management for some years engaged in the Health Insurance Institute, as well as employers, especially those larger and more conscious. Employers shall take measures and carry out activities that would affect the lower level of absenteeism. Important role in individuals and their responsibility for their own health. You will realize that caring for their own health, their commitment and obligation not only to state and employer. |
