Abstract

Oblačilna kultura je del kulturne dediščine posameznega naroda. Predstavlja sredstvo, preko katere posameznik izraža svojo identiteto in preko katerih posameznik ali družbena skupina sporoča svoj položaj v družbeni skupini. Diplomsko delo z naslovom »Rekonstrukcija ženske belokranjske noše« temelji na dekompoziciji posameznih oblačilnih delov belokranjske noše ter njihovi transformaciji v sodobno in nosljivo oblačilo za širšo populacijo. Podrobno proučevanje oblačilne dediščine Bele krajine je predstavljalo izhodišče za oblikovanje kolekcije ženskih oblek, ki vsebujejo značilne konstrukcijske detajle belokranjske noše, kot tudi ornametiko belokranjskih vezenin in klekljano čipko. Rezultat diplomske naloge predstavlja pet modelov, ki odražajo lastno interpretacijo ženske belokranjske noše v sodobno in nosljivo obleko.

Secondary abstract: Dressing culture is a part of the cultural heritage of a particular nation. It is the means by which an individual expresses its identity and through which individual or social group expresses their position in a social group. The diploma work with title »Reconstruction of the woman’s national costume from Bela krajina« presents the decomposition of particular clothing pieces of the national costume from Bela krajina and theirs transformation into contemporary and wearable clothing for wide population. A detailed study of the clothing heritage from Bela krajina was the starting point for designing of the collection of women’s dresses, which contain significant constructional details of the costumes from Bela krajina, as well as ornamental characteristics of the embroideries and lace. The result of the thesis is the collection of five models of the women’s dresses that represent the interpretation of woman national costume from Bela krajina into contemporary and wearable dress.
