Abstract

V svoji diplomski nalogi sem skušal predstaviti težave, ki nastanejo pri procesu tlačnega litja aluminija. V začetnem delu sem predstavil postopek tlačnega litja, njegove prednosti, stroje na katerih se ta proces vrši in najpogostejše zlitine, ki se uporabljajo. V nadaljevanju sem se osredotočil na opis računalniškega programa, ki s pomočjo numerike izvaja simulacije tlačnega litja. Program tudi prikaže napake, ki pri napačni postavitvi oddušnikov, ki so bili postavljeni na podlagi izkustev ali predhodnih simulacij, v ultikih nastanejo. Nato sem opisal namen izdelka in njegovo geometrijo. V zadnjem delu sem navedel rezultate simulacij in jih ovrednotil. Tako je nastala optimalna rešitev postavitve oddušnikov in s tem tudi najmanjša možnost za nastanek poroznosti končnega izdelka. Ker pa je pot od zasnove 3D modela do njegove izdelave zelo dolga in je za njo potrebno večje število ljudi, sem se osredotočil le na svoj del, ki je bila simulacija.

Secondary abstract: In my paper I presented some problems, which originate at aluminium pressure die-casting process. At first I presented pressure-die casting process, its advantages, most-used melts and machines, designed for this process. Then I presented software, which was made for computer simulations. This program also shows the errors, which are results of wrong air-vents placements. This placements were made on base of previous experiences and previous computer simulations, because only few times happened that we guess the right placement at first attempt. Then I described a selected product and its geometry. In final part I represented results of simulations and the optimum air-vents placement.
