Abstract

Ta prinaša nove poslovne priložnosti, omogoča optimizacijo poslovnih procesov in s tem znižuje stroške. Hiter razvoj informacijske tehnologije spreminja modele in organiziranost podjetij. Omenjeni programi v nalogi so namenjeni predvsem mikro in manjšim podjetjem ter računovodskim servisom.

Secondary abstract: The success of organisations and companies today is quite dependant on effectiveness of electronic business management. Such management brings new business oportunities, enables optimal business process and by doing so also reduces the cost. Fast developement of information technology changes the models and organisational structure of companies. This all applies when companies have adequate information technology and are following the development. Electronic accounting has recently evolved to a stage where inputs are one time only, intel is constantly refreshed and the possibility of mistakes minimalised. The speed of informations has increased yet we are independent of time and location. Further development is leaning towards extricating the need for physical presence of the paper and attaching the documentation to electronic documents and therefore keeping it always available. Thus there would be more security, traceability and transparency of business management Accounting software offered in our market do not diverse a lot. They all offer basic functions of accounting, they are applicable in multiple manners and they are leaning towards paperless business management. Software mentioned further along is mainly used for micro companies, small companies and accounting services.
