Abstract
Večina podjetij, tako tujih kot Slovenskih, si prizadeva širiti svoje poslovanje, trge z različnimi viri za zmanjšanje stroškov in povečanje prihodkov.
Danes je internet največje omrežje na svetu, kjer lahko zbiramo informacije, izvajamo tržne raziskave, prispevamo k večji produktivnosti poslovanja podjetja, ipd. Prav tako internet omogoča trženje v tako rekoč navidezno-resnični trgovini oz. spletni trgovini, kar imenujemo spletno trgovanje/prodajo. Prav spletne prodaje se lotevajo podjetja, ki želijo čim uspešneje poslovati. Za uspešno spletno prodajo, ni dovolj samo objava spletne strani ter pričakovanje, da se bodo izdelki ali storitve podjetja kar prodajali. Za uspešno spletno prodajo je potrebno storiti nekaj več, potrebno je vzbuditi zanimanje za izdelek ali storitev. Zato mora biti ponudba, ki jo podjetje prikazuje v svoji spletni trgovini, privlačna za kupce, da se bodo v spletno trgovino vračali. Prav tako pa morajo v podjetju poskrbeti za poslovne procese, ki bodo podpirali uspešno spletno prodajo.
Eden izmed najbolj globokih sprememb v sodobnem svetu je gotovo spletno trgovanje, saj je spremenilo in spreminja vse poslovne funkcionalnosti in naloge od oglaševanja do plačevanja računov. Vpliv spletnega poslovanja je tako velik, da je spremenil naravo konkurence, predvsem zaradi novih spletnih podjetij, novih poslovnih modelov in raznolikosti spletnih poslovanj povezanih z izdelki in storitvami

Most of the companies, both foreign and Slovenian, seeks to expand its operations, markets with different resources to reduce costs and increase revenue.
Today is Internet the largest network in the world, where you can collect the information, perform market research and contributes to greater productivity of the company, etc. The Internet allows marketing in virtual-real trade, called the online trading/selling. A Company’s which wants to be a successful in business, are try to make the e-business or online sales. But for successful online sales it is not enough just to post the Web page and hope that the products or services just sell. For a successful online sales we need to do something more. It is needed to spark interest in a product or service. The online offer must be attractive for the customers, because of that they will return in the store. In company must provide the business processes which will support successful online sale.
One of the deepest changes in the modern world is surely online trading. It has changed and changing all the business functionality and functions from advertising to pay bills. The impact of Internet commerce is so large that it changed the nature of competition, mainly due to of new online businesses, new business model and variety of online business related to products and services. |
