Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili uvajanje elektronskega poslovanja. Posebno pozornost smo namenili internetnem bančništvu, ki je za komitente postalo pomembna in uporabna storitev. Eksplozivna rast popularnosti interneta je omogočila pojav novih načinov uporabljanja bančnih storitev. Za komitente je elektronsko opravljanje finančnih transakcij bistveno lažje od klasičnega. Če želijo banke v prihodnosti ohraniti in tudi povečati število uporabnikov internetnega bančništva, bodo morale svoje bančne storitve neprestano nadgrajevati ter ponujati nove rešitve, ki bodo za komitente zanimive. Najprej smo definirali pojem elektronsko poslovanje, navedli vzroke za njegov razvoj ter opredelili njegov namen. Podrobneje smo opisali vrste in oblike ter prednosti in slabosti elektronskega poslovanja. Nato smo raziskali, kako je potekalo uvajanje elektronskega poslovanja ter kakšni modeli so na voljo pri tem procesu. Osredotočili smo se na elektronsko bančništvo, pri čemer smo najprej razložili njegovo vlogo ter opredelili njegove oblike. Opisali smo razvoj elektronskega bančništva, ki je prinesel tako prednosti kot tudi slabosti za vse udeležence. Pri razvoju elektronskih bančnih storitev mora banka upoštevati želje in zahteve komitentov ter trenutne tehnološke zmožnosti. Uporaba elektronskega bančništva se je precej razširila tudi v Sloveniji, čeprav nekateri komitenti še vedno ne zaupajo popolnoma v varnost teh storitev.V nadaljevanju smo opisali storitve elektronskega bančništva, torej spletno bančništvo, bančne avtomate, plačilne kartice, telefonsko bančništvo in mobilno bančništvo. Nato smo si te storitve pobližje ogledali na primeru Nove ljubljanske banke (NLB) ter SKB banke. Opredelili smo tudi najpogostejša tveganja, ki se pojavljajo pri uporabi elektronskega bančništva. Hkrati smo raziskali tudi varnost in varnostne ukrepe pri uporabi zgoraj navedenih storitev. V zadnjem poglavju smo predstavili napake, ki so jih banke napravile pri uvajanju elektronskega bančništva. Raziskali smo tudi, kakšni stroški nastajajo pri teh storitvah ter katere prednosti in slabosti prinaša elektronsko bančništvo vsem udeleženim stranem. Čeprav uporaba storitev elektronskega bančništva narašča, je še vedno veliko ljudi, ki ne kažejo posebnega zanimanja za uporabo omenjenih storitev. Vendar tudi število le-teh počasi upada, saj se ljudje zavedajo, da lahko finančne posle uredijo hitreje, udobneje ter ceneje kot poprej. V diplomski nalogi je omenjen tudi projekt SEPA, ki ga bo potrebno širši javnosti podrobneje predstaviti, saj je dobro zastavljen in bo olajšal marsikatero plačilno storitev

Secondary abstract: The thesis discusses the introduction of electronic commerce. Special attention is dedicated to Internet banking which has become an important and useful service for the customers. With the explosive growth in the popularity of the Internet, new ways to use banking services have emerged. For the customers, it is much easier to conduct financial transactions electronically than in the traditional way. In order to maintain and also increase the number of users of Internet banking, banks will constantly need to upgrade their services and provide new solutions that will be interesting for the customers. At the beginning, we defined the term electronic commerce, gave reasons for its development and listed its purposes. We described the types and forms as well as the strengths and weaknesses of electronic commerce in greater detail. We then explored how the introduction of electronic commerce took place and which models are available in this process. We focused on electronic banking and firstly discussed its significance and identified its forms. We looked into the development of electronic banking which has brought both advantages and disadvantages for all participants. When developing electronic banking services, banks should consider the wishes and demands of their customers as well as the existing technological capacities. The use of electronic banking has also increased in Slovenia, however, some customers remain sceptical about the security of these services. We proceeded with the description of the electronic banking services, that is Internet banking, ATMs, payment cards, phone banking and mobile banking. We then took a closer look at these services in Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB) and SKB bank. We also identified the most common risks which appear when using electronic banking services. We explored the security aspects and security measures with regard to the mentioned services. The last chapter discusses mistakes made by banks when introducing electronic banking. We explored the costs arising from these services as well as what are the benefits and disadvantages for the parties involved. Even though the use of electronic banking services is increasing, there are still many individuals who are not particularly interested in any of the services. However, the number of non-users is slowly decreasing as people are becoming aware that their financial transactions can be performed faster, more comfortably and at lower costs than before. The thesis also mentions the SEPA project which needs to be presented to general public in greater detail as it is well-structured and will simplify various payment services.
