Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo poskušali določiti dopustni Hertzov kontaktni tlak na tečini, v odvisnosti od dimenzij kotalnega elementa in toplotne obdelave. V uvodu je predstavljen problem preračuna po standardu ISO 76, saj ta standard zajema le ležaje manjših premerov, ki so prekaljeni po celotnem prerezu. Sledi poglavje v katerem je predstavljen teoretični preračun, po Hertzovi kontaktni teoriji in rezultati, ki smo jih s tem preračunom pridobili. V nadaljevanju so predstavljeni eksperimentalni rezultati, kontaktne deformacije med kroglico in tečino, trajne deformacije na tečini in velikosti polosi a in b, v odvisnosti od pritisne sile. V nadaljevanju smo analizirali eksperimentalne rezultate in jih primerjali s teoretičnim preračunom. Iz tega poglavja je razvidno, da so pri kontaktni deformaciji med kroglico in tečino, velika odstopanja med obema postopkoma, medtem ko so si rezultati velikosti kontaktnih polosi a in b zelo podobni. V zaključku je ugotovljeno, da bi bilo potrebno poboljšati oziroma spremeniti način merjenja trajne deformacije, saj je z trenutni načinom merjenja težko zagotoviti zanesljivost in ponovljivost meritev.

In this diploma paper we tried to determine allowable Hertz contact pressure on raceway with respect to the raceway hardness and the dimensions of rolling elements. The introduction presents the problem of calculating our bearings according to ISO 76 standard, as this standard only applies to the bearings of smaller diameter, which are hardened throughout the whole section. Introduction is followed by a section that presents the theoretical calculation, by Hertz contact theory and the results we obtained with this calculation. Afterwards, the experiment by which we measured contact deformation between the ball and raceway, permanent deformation of the raceway and the size of contact semi axles a and b is explained. In the next section we analyzed the results obtained by experiment and compared them with theoretical results. From this chapter we can see that there are some discrepancies of the contact deformation between the two procedures, while the results of the size of contact semi axles are very similar. In conclusion, it is established that it would be necessary to improve or change the way to measure permanent deformation, since with the current method of measuring it is difficult to ensure reliability and repeatability of measurements. |
