Vpliv surovin na količino suhe snovi mulja

Abstract

Preiskovali smo čistilno napravo (ČN) tovarne Paloma d. d., kjer se čistijo tehnološke odpadne vode podjetja skupaj z manjšo količino komunalnih odpadnih vod podjetja in kraja Sladki Vrh. Na čistilni napravi poteka mehansko in aerobno čiščenje. Preiskali smo vpliv surovin za proizvodnjo papirja na količino suhe snovi mulja. Ugotovili smo, da velik delež flotatov predstavljajo fina vlakna celuloze, od katerih je odvisna gostota flotata in delež pepela, medtem ko delež posameznih vlaknen ne vpliva na količino suhe snovi v papirniškem mulju.

Secondary abstract:	A survey was carried out of Paloma d. d. waste water treatment plant. Technological waste water together with the low amount of municipal waste water from the company and the town Sladki Vrh is treated. Waste water treatment plant consists of mechanical cleaning followed by an aerobic process. The raw material influence on sludge dry matter content for paper industry was examined. We have found out that a large share of froth represent “fine” cellulose fibers, which determine the density of froth and also the share of ashes, while quantity of individual fibers does not affect the amount of dry matter sludge content.
