Abstract
V današnjem poslovnem okolju je velika prednost pred konkurenco pristen in kakovosten odnos z odjemalci. K učinkovitemu vodenju teh odnosov znatno pripomore sistem CRM, s katerim lahko urejamo, analiziramo in koristimo podatke o naših ključnih odjemalcih.
S poznavanjem želja naših odjemalcev lahko svoje izdelke popolnoma prilagodimo potrebam tržišča. Dober odnos z odjemalci je ključnega pomena za celotno delovanje podjetja. Z vodenjem evidence podatkov o odjemalcih lahko razberemo, kdo so naše ciljne skupine, na kakšne načine uporabljajo naše izdelke in poiščemo poslovne priložnosti s predvidevanjem njihovega obnašanja v prihodnosti.
Podjetje Družina Stvarnik Rauter d.o.o. je ekskluzivni partner francoskega podjetja Indelec za Slovenijo, ki ponuja profesionalni in zanesljiv izdelek Prevectron.
V diplomskem delu smo želeli predstaviti kakšne prednosti in slabosti je prinesla uvedba sistema Intrix CRM v podjetje, njegov vpliv na različne funkcije v podjetju, kako so ga sprejeli zaposleni in podali predloge za izboljšave CRM-ja v prihodnosti.

In today's business environment, a big advantage over the competition is genuine and high quality relationship with customers. What significantly contributes towards effective management of these relationships is CRM system with which we can edit, analyze and use information about our key customers.
By knowing the desires of our customers, we can fully customize our products to the market's needs. A good relationship with customers is crucial to the overall functioning of the company. By keeping a record of customers, we can see who our target groups are and in what ways they are using our products, as well as find business opportunities by anticipating their behavior in the future.
The company Družina Stvarnik Rauter ltd. is an exclusive partner of the French company Indelec for Slovenia which offers professional and reliable product/lightning conductor Prevectron.
In this thesis we wanted to present what advantages and disadvantages the implementation of CRM system brought to the company, its influence on different functions in the company and how it was accepted among staff. We also made suggestions for its improvements in the future. |
