Pridobivanje sredstev v neprofitnih nevladnih organizacija

Abstract

Pridobivanje sredstev v neprofitnih nevladnih organizacijah je velik problem, s katerim se srečujejo tovrstne organizacije. Srečujemo jih praktično na vseh področjih delovanja, in sicer v zdravstvu, v šolstvu, kulturi, športu, na področju okoljevarstva, družbene odgovornosti ipd. Tovrstne organizacije ne delujejo po tržnih principih, ni jih ustanovila država, zato tudi njihov cilj ni ustvarjanje dobička, temveč doseganje zastavljenih ciljev z namenom, da povežejo tudi širšo javnost. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili neprofitne nevladne organizacije, njihov zgodovinski razvoj, značilnosti in vrste. Opisani so tudi najpomembnejši viri financiranja in problemi, s katerimi se pri pridobivanju sredstev soočajo nepridobitne organizacije. Empirični del naloge predstavlja študija primera na zasebnem Inštitutu IRDO (Inštitut za razvoj družbene odgovornosti), v kateri smo podrobnejše analizirali vire financiranja. Tako kot je za nepridobitne organizacije značilno, velja tudi za Inštitut IRDO, da mu kronično primanjkuje kakovostnih virov financiranja in da mora z malo sredstvi narediti veliko. To mu uspeva s kakovostnim kadrom, med katerimi so številni prostovoljci, ki predstavljajo pomemben vir financiranja.

Secondary abstract:	The fundraising in the non-governmental organizations is presenting one of the biggest problems in this kind of organizations. We are meeting them in every part of our everyday lives, acctually in all of the working areas like: health, education, culture, sport, as well as in the fields of environmental protection and social responsibility. Such organizations do not operate and following the market principles, and are not established by the state, so their aim is not the profit, but the achievement of their goals in order to connect the general public. In the theoretical part, non-profit non-governmental organizations were presented, starting with their historical development, characteristics and types. The most important sources of funding and problems to be faced in the process of obtaining finances for the non profit organizations were also described. The empirical part of the study presents a case study of the private Institute IRDO (Institute for the Development of Social Responsibility), a further analyze of the sources of funding was following. Like for the all non-profit organizations is also typically for the IRDO institute, that has a chronic lack of qualitative sources of funding. And it is working on the principle to do a lot wit a small amount of means. The success of the IRDO dues to the quality workers and a lot of volunteers, who represent an important source of funding.
