Abstract
Magistrsko delo prikazuje rekonstrukcijo transformatorske postaje v naselju Krmelj. Obstoječa transformatorska postaja je dotrajana, trajno preobremenjena in ne omogoča nadgradnje, zato jo je potrebno zamenjati z novo. Prikazan je način dimenzioniranja nove transformatorske postaje, napajalnega srednjenapetostnega kablovoda in nizkonapetostnega omrežja z njihovo umestitvijo v prostor. Umestitev v prostor in dimenzioniranje postrojev temelji na trenutno veljavnih standardih in zakonskih določilih. Upoštevano je tudi dejstvo, da se transformatorska postaja vključuje v srednjenapetostno omrežje, ki deluje z resonančno ozemljeno nevtralno točko preko Petersenove dušilke z možnostjo preklopa na indirektno ozemljeno nevtralno točko preko paralelno vezanega delovnega upora v razdelilni transformatorski postaji Sevnica.

Secondary abstract: |
Master's thesis shows the reconstruction of the substation in the settlement Krmelj. The existing substation is worn out, permanently overloaded and it is not possible to upgrade it, so it must be replaced with new one. It presents a method for the dimensioning of substation, electrical wiring of medium voltage network and low-voltage grid by installing them in place. Installing in place and dimensioning of systems is based on currently valid standards and legal regulations. It is also taken in consideration that the substation is integrated in the medium voltage network that works with the resonant earthed neutral point through Petersen's coil with the possibility of switching in to the indirect earthed neutral point through a parallel tied working resistance in distribution substation Sevnica. |
