Zagotavljanje dosegljivosti v omrežju VoIP s pomočjo telefonske centrale Asterisk

Abstract

V diplomskem delu opisujemo razvoj sistema za zagotavljanje dosegljivosti. Sistem temelji na telefonski centrali Asterisk, v povezavi s podatkovno bazo PostgreSql in spletno storitvijo. Sistem omogoča zaposlenim v podjetju večjo dosegljivost za stranke. Uporabniki sistema za zagotavljanje dosegljivosti si lahko preko spletne storitve ogledajo podatke o klici, poslušajo glasovna sporočila, vpisujejo dogodke v koledar, katerim dodajo parametre, ki se navezujejo na dosegljivost v času dogodka. Preko vpisa dogodkov, se nato telefonski centrali Asterisk posredujejo podatki, ki so ključni pri vzpostavljanju povezavo do uporabnika. Delo opisuje namestitev in konfiguracijo telefonske centrale in podatkovne baze. Sledi še opis izdelave spletne storitve in primeri uporabe sistema.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma thesis, we describe the development of a system for ensuring the availability. The system relies on a Asterisk softswitch in conjunction with the PostgreSql database and web service. System allows the employees in a company to ensure greater availability for their costumers. Users of this system can view calls information over the web service, listen to voice messages, add calendar events, to which they can add parameters about their availability within the period of the event. When adding an events, data for ensuring the availability are passed to the Asterisk softswitch, which are crucial for establishment of a call from customer to employee. The report describes the installation and configuration of Asterisk softswitch and database. Then we describe the production of web service and show some usage examples.
