Prenova informacijskega sistema v zdravstvenem zavodu

Abstract

Računovodske informacije so pomemben del celotnih informacij, ki jih vodstvo podjetja potrebuje za pravilno in pravočasno odločanje. Osnovna naloga računovodske službe je, da zagotavlja kakovostne informacije notranjim, kakor tudi zunanjim uporabnikom. Ustrezna organiziranost informacijskega sistema je osnova za kvalitetno delovanje vsake organizacije. Informacijski sistem, ki omogoča hitro prilagodljivost nenehnim zakonskim spremembam je najpomembnejši za uspeh podjetja in zagotavljanje konkurenčne prednosti. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela. V prvem delu so predstavljeni informacijski sistemi, njihovi sestavni deli in vrste. Opisala sem tudi finančni informacijski sistem. Opredelila sem prenovo poslovanja, uvajanje rešitev ERP in njihove značilnosti, navedla razloge in cilje prenove poslovnih procesov in na koncu še prikazala vpliv informacijske tehnologije na prenovo poslovanja. V drugem delu sem predstavila informacijski sistem Kopa in njegove prednosti. Ker sem želela ugotoviti, kako novi informacijski sistem sprejemajo uporabniki, sem med njimi izvedla anketo ter analizirala rezultate raziskave.

Secondary abstract:	Accounting information are an important part of the whole information which a company needs for right and timely decissions. The primary task of an accounting service is to provide quality information to both internal and external users. An organized information system is neccessary for successful operations of any organization. An information system that enables adaptability to constant changes of law and regulations is most important for sucess and the advantage over competition. The dissertation is divided into two sections. Components of an information system and information systems in general are described in the first section; there, I have also described a financial information system, defined business reingeneering, ERP solution introduction and its features and listed the reasons and goals of business process reingeneering. The influence of information technology on business reingeneering is shown at the end of this section. The Kopa information system is presented in the second section, along with its advantages. To see how users feel about the new information system, I have conducted a survey among them and analised the results.
