Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena rekonstrukcija obstoječega samolepilnega etiketirnega stroja tipa SELFmatic z namenom posodobitve in povečanja zmogljivosti stroja. V uvodnih poglavjih so predstavljeni etiketirni stroji s poudarkom na samolepilnih etiketirnih strojih tipa SELFmatic. V osrednjem delu smo kritično analizirali obstoječe rešitve samolepilnega etiketirnega stroja. Določili smo zahteve in omejitve za učinkovitejše delovanje stroja, katere smo preko diskusije vključili v načrtovanje rekonstrukcije in določitev zmogljivosti samolepilnega agregata. Opis modeliranja in priprave tehniške dokumentacije je potekal s programom Pro-Engineer Wildfire, kar je v samem procesu pomenilo preskok konstruiranja iz 2D tehnike programa AutoCAD v 3D tehniko Pro-Engineerja.

Secondary title: Redesign of labeling machine
Secondary abstract: The thesis presents the redesign of the existing self-adhesive labeling machine SELFmatic, with the aim of upgrading and increasing the machine's capacity. Labeling machines, with the emphasis on the SELFmatic self-adhesive labeling machines, are presented in the introductory chapters. In the main part we critically analyzed the existing solutions of self-adhesive labeling machine and set the requirements and limits for more efficient machine activity, which were, through a discussion, included in the redesign planning and the capacity determining of self-adhesive generator. Modeling and preparation description of technical documentation was made with the program Pro-Engineer Wildfire, which, in the process itself, meant a shift from 2D design construction with AutoCAD program to Pro-Engineer 3D technique.
