Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena kriza v podjetjih z njenimi značilnostmi in načini obvladovanja. Kriza v današnjih časih ne prizanaša nobenemu, saj je v medijih vidno, da propadajo tudi nekoč velika in uspešna podjetja. V kolikor ostala podjetja ne želijo priti v krizo, je treba ponovno pregledati temelje podjetja in strategijo, katero so izbrali, saj so le dobri temelji in pravilna naravnanost podjetja preventivni ukrepi za preprečitev krize. Na dveh praktičnih primerih podjetij Vezenine Bled d.o.o. in Boni d.o.o., sem predstavil obvladovanje krize z ustrezno strategijo in ukrepi. Nekateri ukrepi se sprva ne zdijo logični, ampak je potrebno razumeti končni cilj kriznega managerja, da bi lahko razumeli tudi njegova dejanja. Opisan je način razmišljanja kriznega managerja, kateri se zelo razlikuje od razmišljanja progresivnih managerjev. Odločitve kriznega managerja morajo biti hitre in ciljno naravnane, on sam pa mora biti izredno fleksibilen glede na razvoj dogodkov pri reševanju podjetja.

Secondary title: Crisis management role in resolving the crisis in company
Secondary abstract: In thesis is presented the crisis in the company with its characteristics and metods of control. The crisis in nowadays has no mercy, it is visible in the media that once large and prosperous companies are deteriorating. If other companies do not want to go head to head with crisis, they should review company bases and the strategy they have chosen. Good bases and proper orientation of the company are the best prevention measures to prevent crises. I presented control of the crisis with an appropriate strategy and actions on two practical cases of companies Vezenine Bled d.o.o. and Boni d.o.o.. Some measures may not seem logical at first, but it is necessary to understand the ultimate goal of a crisis manager, to understand his actions as well. There is also described the mindset of crisis manager which is very different from the thinking of progressive managers. Decisions of the crisis manager must be rapid and targeted. He has to be extremly flexible regarding the development in saving the company.
