Abstract

Hiter tehnološki napredek je pustil posledice tudi v bančništvu. Stranke želijo poleg cenejših, hitrih in enostavnih bančnih storitev predvsem preprost dostop do njim prilagojenim storitev in informacij. Banke morajo zato tako, kot druga podjetja, diverzificirati svoje storitve in eden od načinov smotrne razširitve ponudb so tudi storitve elektronskega bančništva. Trenutno se večina e-transakcij opravi preko interneta, v prihodnje pa je pričakovati povečanje pomena m-bančništva, to je opravljanje storitve preko mobilnega telefona. Uvedba spletnega bančništva banki omogoča nov način poslovanja, ki ima za posledico avtomatiziranost rutinskega dela. Bančni uslužbenci so v preteklosti porabili precej svojega časa, za odgovore na nekatera ponavljajoča se vprašanja strank. Ob večji preusmeritvi strank na elektronske vire se tako lahko bančni uslužbenci osredotočijo na zahtevnejše storitve in na izboljšanje odnosov s strankami. V zadnjem času so se v bankah pojavili tudi upravljalni odnosi do komitentov. Pojavili so se osebni bančniki, ki skrbijo za celovito in načrtno strežbo strank. S tem pa gradijo dolgoročne odnose med banko in strankami, ki temeljijo na zaupanju in prilagajanju storitev za potrebe strank. Lahko rečemo, ponudba prave storitve ob pravem času in na pravi način. Ugotovljeno je, da je bistveno lažje obdržati obstoječe stranke, kot pridobiti nove. Bančni uslužbenci so razbremenjeni vsakodnevnega operativnega dela in lahko strankam ponudijo naprednejše storitve. Kljub razvoju tehnologije in uvedbe e-bančništva ter novih storitev, pa je pri gradnji odnosov s strankami še vedno ključnega pomena osebni pristop.

Secondary abstract: Rapid technological progress has left the consequences in the banking industry. Customers also want cheaper, fast and simple banking services, especially easy access to tailored services and information. Banks should, therefore, as other companies, diversify their services and one of wise extensions is also to offer electronic banking services. Currently, most e-transactions are made through the Internet. In future we expect an increase in the importance of m-banking, namely the provision of services via mobile phone. The introduction of online banking is offering a bank a new way of doing business, resulting in the automation of routine work. In the past, bank employees spent much of their time to answer on some of recurring questions of the customers. Having more customers switch to electronic resources, the bank employees can concentrate on more advanced services and improve customer relations. Recently, the Bank also experienced management relations to the customers. There appeared personal bankers, who are responsible for the comprehensive and systematic serving customers. This in turn builds long term relationships between banks and their customers, based on trust and adapt services to customer needs. We could say, offer the right services at the right time and in the right way. It has been shown that it is much easier to keep existing customers, than acquire new ones. Bank employees are relieved of the daily operational activities and can offer advanced services to customers. Despite advanced technology, the introduction of e-banking services and new services, crucial in building relationships with customers, will still remain personal approach.
