Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo proučevali področje družinskih podjetij in izbrano podjetje Breda Ločičnik, s.p. Gre za družinsko podjetje z ustanoviteljico na čelu in še s tremi udeleženci, ki sodelujejo s svetovanjem. Vsi imajo kozmetiko (spletna trgovina) in izobraževanje kot dodatno dejavnost. Preko različnih analiz (vrednote ključnih udeležencev, prednosti, slabosti, priložnosti in nevarnosti) smo tako oblikovali predlog vizije in poslanstva. Podjetje Breda Ločičnik, s.p. bo sledilo zastavljeni viziji in tržilo izdelke ki so podporni za življenje. Podjetje bo širilo svojo ponudbo z večjo izbiro različnih proizvajalcev naravne in tudi organske kozmetike. Z pestro izbiro življenju podpornih izdelkov za osebno nego si bo prodobilo še tako zahtevne potrošnike.

Secondary abstract: ABSTRACT In this dissertation we studied the field of family businesses and one particular business Breda Ločičnik s.p. It is family business lead by its founder and three other participants that cooperate with consultancy. All of them have cosmetics (web trade) and education as additional occupation. Through different analyses (values of key participants, SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats)) we elaborated proposal of company’s vision and mission. Company Breda Ločičnik s.p. will continue to rely to natural products that support life, it will spread to other markets beside Slovenian, also open physical shop (later even more shops) and expand activities of education and presentations. Especially it would like to establish solid bond between daily battle for higher contribution for people and joy that they are entrusted with this task.
