Abstract

V diplomski nalogi bomo poizkušali predstaviti »skoke« v glasnosti pri TV oddajanju na primerih tako slovenskih kot tujih programih. Najprej bomo predstavili zvok in njegove fizikalne lastnosti, nato način merjenja hrupa ter težave neenakomerne jakosti zvoka pri televizijskih programih. Predstavili bomo najnovejša priporočila EBU R 128 za merjenje in normalizacijo glasnosti. Na praktičnih primerih posnetkov zvoka TV programov, ki jih bomo prikazali v obliki grafov, želimo dokazati, da anomalije zvoka resnično obstajajo.

Secondary title: Measuring changes in avdio signal levels in TV broadcasting
Secondary abstract: In Diploma we will try to present the "loudness jumps" in TV broadcasting on various examples from Slovenian and foreign TV programes. At first the sound and it's physical properties will be discussed, then we shall move on to different ways or measuring noise and problems with unsymmetrical loudness levels with different TV programs. We will present the newest EBU R 128 recommendations for measuring and normalizing sound levels. Our goal is to prove on different practical examples of broadcasted sound that anomalies of sound indeed exist. The differences and anomalies will be presented in the form of diagrams.
