Vrednostna analiza nosilca silicijeve rezine

Abstract

V diplomski nalogi sem predstavil management vrednosti ter metodo in tehnike vrednostne analize. Vsebinski del se nanaša na dejanski projekt, s katerim podjetje želi izboljšati proizvodni proces. Predstavil sem, kako s pomočjo metode vrednostne analize obravnavamo nosilec silicijeve rezine. V praktičnem delu je prikazana aplikacija metod vrednostne analize na sistemu odpiranja in zapiranja nosilca silicijeve rezine, kjer smo analizirali in ovrednotili funkcije izdelka. Izdelali smo 4 alternativne rešitve, ki smo jih stroškovno ocenili. Na koncu smo izvedli še ekonomiko izdelka, kjer smo prikazali stroške sistema odpiranja in zapiranja ter celotnega izdelka. Prikazan je še koncept uvedbe izdelka v proizvodni proces, ki da temelje podjetju za nadaljevanje projekta.

Secondary abstract:	In my diploma I have presented the value management, method and techniques of value analysis. The content refers to an actual project, which is being used by a company to improve its manufacturing process. I described how to treat the wafer carrier using the method of value analysis. In the practical part, the application of the value analysis method on the wafer carrier system for opening and closing is presented, and product functions are analyzed and evaluated. We developed four alternatives and made cost estimations of them. Finally, we performed the product economics in which we demonstrated the costs for the opening and closing system, and the total costs of the product. The concept of introducing the product in the manufacturing process is also shown, providing the company with foundations for the continuation of the project.
